How to make you're Organic Ceremonial Matcha Tea

Making Matcha the traditional way is an Art and is simple once you learn the technique of how to make
  • How to Make a Perfect Bowl of Matcha

  • Preparing Matcha the basic way

  • 1.  Sift about two bamboo tea scoops of Matcha powder (1/2 to 1 tsp.) in a small bowl

  • 2. Add 2 to 3 oz of just under filtered boiling water to the bowl (180F / 80C)

  • 3. Using the bamboo whisk: whisk briskly to bring oxygen into the tea to create a nice frothy layer on the surface with many bubbles, whisk lightly on the surface of the froth a few times until the air bubbles have disappeared. 

  • 4. Add water to desired taste after whisking
